Chassis The articulated chassis allows a very tight turning radius: manoeuvring space is reduced and the Turboloader moves easily even in tight spaces. The articulated chassis and isodiametric wheels ensure agile manoeuvring in buildings and on construction sites: where the front half-frame passes, so does the rear half-frame. The rear wheels follow the track of the front wheels, limiting trampling to a minimum. Thanks to its articulated steering, the Turboloader can work on even the most delicate surfaces without damaging them - ideal for landscaping and maintenance work. Visibility Unlike traditional articulated loaders, in the Turboloader, the operator's station is located on the front half-frame of the machine; even when the machine is steered, the operator always has a perfect view of the trajectory, the attachment and the work. The elevated, forward-leaning operator's station provides an excellent field of vision and improves control of the equipment to the benefit of safety and operating comfort. The side-mounted instrument panel and the arrangement of the boom cylinders contribute to an unobstructed view of the implement. Telescopic boom The Turboloader's telescopic boom, standard on M and H models, optional on S models, allows for significant lifting heights and horizontal reach. With the standard hydraulic parallelogram (optional on S models), load handling is quicker, easier and safer: self-levelling significantly reduces handling manoeuvres with less operator effort and the load is lifted safely. By selecting the floating position of the boom, implements follow uneven surfaces smoothly. Thanks to the simultaneous movement of the boom and bucket, cycle times are reduced for greater productivity. Quick hitch Change of attachments is very fast and takes only seconds thanks to the quick hitch and hydraulic grips. Hitching and unhitching of attachments is done conveniently from on-board by pressing the button on a pair of hydraulic jacks. The easy-to-clean, flat-face hydraulic sockets are ideal for applications in dusty and dirty environments. These sockets prevent fluid leakage and air inclusion in the circuit during connection and disconnection operations, as well as ensuring improved efficiency due to reduced pressure drops. Driver's seat Turboloader H machines offer the best in comfort as standard: the control joystick and console are suspended and adjustable and move with the seat for maximum ergonomics of use. The joystick is electro-hydraulic and proportional, smooth and precise to operate. The comfortable Grammer seat with lumbar support and adjustable headrest, armrests and springing is also available in a heated version. Standard on all models is cruise control and DEC (Dynamic Engine Control), which controls the engine speed like in the automotive industry: driving comfort, fuel consumption and the engine never stalls. Cab The Turboloader can be equipped with a cab (optional), complete with heating. The 5 adjustable air vents ensure even airflow distribution inside the cab, both on the footboard and at the top. The external heating unit is behind the cab so the overall height of the machine remains low. All glass surfaces are made of tempered, type-approved glass. The integral windscreen, without interruptions of continuity, guarantees the best view without obstructions and distortions, while the rear windows ensure the necessary field of vision for manoeuvring. The cab equipment includes two pairs of work lights (front and rear), the road traffic kit (headlights, turn signals, beacon, rear view mirrors) and the front windscreen wiper. Inside the passenger compartment, the courtesy light, 12V electric socket (cigar lighter) and amplified stereo speakers with MP3 player connection offer a high level of comfort. Air conditioning available on request. Engine The Turboloader is equipped with low-emission engines that fully comply with current anti-pollution directives. The radiator with anti-clogging fin is generously dimensioned and ensures a high heat exchange even under harsh conditions, benefiting the longevity of the engine, oil and hydraulic components. On the H models, a practical door provides easy access to the engine compartment for checks and daily maintenance. Transmission The hydrostatic transmission with permanent 4-wheel drive is built with first-class, robust and reliable components. The sizing of the components guarantees a high thrust force and, at the same time, a high transfer rate for maximum productivity. As a standard feature, the Turboloader is equipped with a practical anti-skid device that allows you to get out of poor grip situations. As a further aid, in the most difficult situations, it is possible to insert the flow divider (optional) that distributes the hydraulic flow to achieve the effect of a differential lock. Safety Great attention has been paid to operator safety. A FOPS protection structure against falling objects equips all models, both those with a ROPS protection frame and those with a cab. Turboloader's standard equipment includes the machine's anti-tip device, which warns the operator if the rear axle is too light and, on the M and H models, blocks the telescopic boom extension.
