Information for and against the effects of art. 13 OF D.LGS 196/2003

We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code - that your personal data may be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations as well as other privacy-related regulations.

Nature and purpose of treatment

A1) for pre-contractual and preliminary information regarding the contract conclusion;

A3) for market analysis and statistics; for reporting, controlling and budgeting activities; for sending promotional or promotional material to the group's activities to verify customer satisfaction;

A4) for joint participation in public procurement and private bidding.

In the business relationship not all information provided or collected is mandatory, but optional ones (A3 and A4) are indispensable / useful for maintaining and developing the report's time.

Treatment Mode

Data processing will be legally and according to the correctness and in any case in accordance with the above-mentioned norms, by means of tools to ensure its security and confidentiality and can also be carried out by means of automated tools for storing, managing and transmitting data themselves.

The treatment will be carried out mainly by the internal organization of the company under the direction and control of the person responsible for the processing of your data and, for the purposes indicated above, by third parties as well.

Data retention will take place in a form that allows the person concerned to be identified for a period of time not exceeding that required for the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
