Chainsaw chains consist of links and cutting edges of different profiles, they are chosen based on thickness, pitch and number of links. The models of chains vary according to the use: chisel, semi-chisel, multicut, micro-lite, etc. and, for professional use, can be equipped with anti-theft devices. The chain of the chainsaw is composed of the following elements: the teeth that perform the cutting function; the joining links that serve to connect the various teeth to each other; the driving links that slide inside the bar guide and that serve for the dragging of the chain, guiding its movement.
