WARRANTY AND WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22-05-1999, concerning distance contracts, where the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's domicile, as such purchases are made outside the business premises.

We guarantee all the products you purchase, so when ordering goods are delivered, do not forget to check out these simple things:

• Number of delivered packages (parcels) corresponding to the shipping document
• Packing is intact for collection
• Any damage or lack of packages must be promptly communicated to the courier

The customer can then take advantage of the right of return by returning the goods and obtaining the repayment of that material.
What to do in order to avail of the right of withdrawal:
- To get the refund, the customer must report within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to use the right of withdrawal, to the email address silvia@newgardensas.it , the motivations (return paypal), list of materials to be returned, paypal, postepay or wire transfer.
- By agreement, the client will have to return at his own expense within 14 days the material under the original conditions, via courier or postal parcel can be tracked (parcels sent to mark, frank port or port will not be accepted).

- Refund will be paid for only merchandise (shipping charges are not included) and according to the agreed terms within 5 days of receiving the returned package.
